About us
Based in Chatham Place residential village we offer a dine experience of English style Restaurant/Bistro serving healthy Breakfast and Lunch menus. We also serve a variety of cakes with barista style drinks. You can pre book afternoon tea.
Along with our dine in experience we offer a ready meal food delivery service that you can heat up within 2-3 minutes from our meals on wheels and healthy eating menu, this is delivered on Mondays and Thursday with orders collected 10am the day before delivery.
We also have a wide range of Buffet menus that are perfect for family parties and special occasions.
Our pop up street food is also available to pre book for weddings and larger garden parties for special events. We also deliver this service in a few locations around the surrounding areas.
Meet the owner and founder of Bistro B31 Clinton Smith
Currently I have over 22 years professional chef experience, I have worked in some of the most prestigious venues in the UK. After working my way up to Head Chef status within restaurants in Birmingham, I decided to travel and worked for major sporting events for over 10 years.
Some of these included the US Open in New York, the Asian Games in Qatar and Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi. I was then offered a Head Chef role at the newly opened O2 Arena in London where I stayed for 2 years before taking the Executive Chef role at Silverstone Motor Circuit.
More recently, I have been well travelled across the UK in a supporting capacity at major sporting events such s Goodwood, Wimbledon Championships and Cheltenham Festival, to name but a few. During my time I have worked with alongside some of the most prestigious Michelin Star chefs in the industry such as the Roux family, Tom Atkins and many more.
